Whatever your goals, needs or experience, Christina will create bespoke programmes.
I offer 1.1 sessions in your home or mine, and also 1.2 and 1.3 to cost effectively train with friends or family.

Price:
1.1 - 50 minute session, £75
1.2 - 50 minute session, £90 (£45 each)
1.3 - 50 minute session, 120 (£40 each)

Group Mat Classes

Join my motivating and fun group mat classes - supportive and challenging for all levels.

Wimbledon Park Primary School in the Studio - term time.
Weds eves, 45 minute class at 7.45pm
Block booking: £12 a class - 12 week course
Block booking: £14 a class - 9 week course
Pay as you go: £16 a class
