Christina is a comprehensively trained Matt Pilates Instructor based in Wimbledon Park London, with a passion and expertise in working with active peri and post menopausal women.

With the focus on aligning the breath with movement, pilates also allows even the most distracted minds to focus and still, drawing on mind body connection!
